Good customer service, and friendly people, but they need more extensive training. The cashier missed my cartwheel discount twice and the starbucks cafe didn't know that you could use your cartwheel there at the cafe. Not much experience in the place, but I appreciate the warm attitudes everyone had

So after a tiring soccer game, I went to go get a boost at the Starbucks inside this target. I placed my order with Taylor and was distracted thinking about the upcoming week that I completely forgot to ask him for soy milk! Now I need soy milk because regular milk makes my tummy hurt real bad so I asked him if it's too late to make my order with soy milk. He was already working on my drink but was totally ok with redoing it for me. He was really nice about it and gave me no attitude for having to start over even though the mistake was on me. Thanks Taylor for not making me feel bad and giving great customer service!!
