I'm here right now, because it's been 10 years since my great gram passed away. Guess what? I can't find her site because no one here seems to know how to clear the stones off from snow..... I'm furious with this fing place! Same thing last year too, but I was able to find it last year by digging threw snow and others sites. Hey folks, I do not recommend anyone getting a plot here. Read the others comments as well.
I was there a few days ago for a siblings funeral and the job that was done was appalling. The make up job was horrible, when I got there the deceased had make up dust all over their clothing and the workers didn't even bother to clean it up until I said something. We had several people at the wake tell us we should close the casket because of how the deceased looked. Then the day of the wake, I saw one worker using my deceased family members room as a stage to make his sales pitch. He was walking strangers in and out of the room while they were laughing and making jokes all the while my relative was at the front of the room in a casket. Absolutely disrespectful, it seems that they think because they get paid in advance they can slack on their work. This type of business has zero room for error when it is a families last chance to see their loved one and this is the type of service you get. They also had no empathy when I pointed out to them the mistakes they made.
Unprofessional. Uncaring. Drive thru funeral home with little empathy.
This company makes it very difficult to file a complaint. I am a Lutheran pastor who has done more than 700 funerals in my career. The preparation of my father's body was the worst I have ever witnessed. We arrived at the venue for the service and, to this day, I am not certain who were the funeral directors. The presiding pastor and I pretty much directed the service. No member of the WM staff stepped forward to help. When it came time to move the casket to the grave, I had to tell the staff that they had failed to secure the lid. I am grateful that we live in another state and will never have to deal with this business gain.
