Original issue : (1star rating) Do not buy anything at this store. Customer service is a joke. Spent almost $1000 at the store and the couch is already broken after three months. Owner was extremely rude and discourteous. when we tried to address the issue with him, Owner would not take care of the problem and we still are left with a broken sofa that is only three months old. Will never do business again with this fly-by-night shop. This company is a shining example of what the very worst of customer service and store ownership can be.
Not sure if under new ownership, or what changed, but at least the change is for the better. Someone from the store called me last week, and they came out today and repaired the sofa leg. The repair guy that came out here was really awesome. He knew exactly what to do to fix the issue, was very friendly, and professional. Will increase service to four stars, still lose one star for the original issue.The biggest reason for increasing to four stars though is the guy that came and fixed the problem. If the store owner and managers were as professional and courteous as he was this would've never been an issue.
Me and my wife stopped in and they have a great selection of furniture along with a friendly and helpful staff. Would highly recommend!!!

Is the worst customer service I ever have I buy staff here before and was much better this men was so bad can talk to he and the kids can touch nothing because he star screen to that kids absolutely I don't recommended
I just purchased a leather recliner from Geneva! I must say the staff was very friendly. They helped me find exact what I need. The best part was it only cost me $299!!! Great selection and low prices. Forget shopping at Home Furniture. The prices and service is much better at these family owned stores like Geneva.
